NST has entered into a contract to supply network switches for trains with Woojin Industrial Co., Ltd., which was selected as a manufacturer of new electric vehicles on Seoul Metro line 5 and 7.The network equipment supplied is the EN50155 switch that meets the electrical and environmental operational requirements of the train. The train switch is one of the key equipment of the train electronic devices that processing the TCMS (Train Control and Monitoring System) traffic, which is responsible for the propulsion of the train and the monitoring of major devices.
