NHM-2408-R industrial switch is used for industrial fast-ring network construction, road or railway CCTV, multimedia service, CCTV in Smart City, wireless LAN in hot spot area. Layer 2 based high performance products designed for demanding environments with high speed and reliable LAN connections. The international standard ITU-T G.8032 Ethernet Ring Protection Switching (ERPS) technology ensures that if a network problem occurs, the system can be quickly switched to another interface to quickly recover the network normally.The NHM-2408-R is a 1-U size chassis switch that consists of two NHM-2408s, each with four 1Gbps / 2.5Gbps SFP slots and eight 10/100 / 1000Base-T ports. Various ring topology configurations are possible. NHM-2408-R guarantees optimum stability in small to medium sized Carrier Ethernet data communication environment requiring duplex network configuration. In addition, it provides a relay port to output alarms when an event occurs on the network to inform administrators quickly. It also supports various management functions such as CLI, Telnet, SNMP, and Web-based UI for convenient network management.
